Bitch Dog

I've been there. Taking heat from a customer on the wrong end of a suppport call. I may have even uttered a "non-nicety" after the conversation. But if you consider yourself a professional, you take a deep breath, realize it's not personal, and take the next call. You don't change the customer's name to "Bitch Dog" and send it out with her next bill.
